We charge depending on the volume of the junk you want removed and not by how many hours it would take us to haul them all. We will do everything for you from lifting to carrying them from your garage, attic, etc to our truck. If you want an approximate rate, you may click on our PRICE LIST or email us a photo of your junk and we will get back to you with then estimate. Before the actual schedule of the removal, our crew will give you a visit for a clearer estimate given.
We take out almost all non-hazardous items that two people can lift. These items are, but not limited to, construction debris, old furniture and tools, books, mattresses, tires, concrete, etc. You may give us a call to check if you have a junk you want to get rid of that does not fit in the categories mentioned.
As much as we want to give you an exact quote for a booking, we cannot give it out unless we take an actual look at the junk we have to remove. Since we charge per volume, our crew has to get there see the junk themselves because they would be the one to take them out.
We try to recycle as much as we can from the junk we take out from all our customers. We are aiming to reduce throwing them in landfills as much as 98%. Once recycles, restored and repaired, these items are given to charities and other less fortunate recipients.
Usually, we bring with us the usual cleaning tools such as brooms, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrow, dolly and the likes.
By calling us, we would permanently solve your junk problems. Getting a dumpster would just be like placing a blanket over your junk, you can’t see it but it is still there. With a dumpster, you pay for the entire thing even if you don’t fill it up. With us, you just pay for how much your junk volume is.
We usually schedule our junk removal services at least two hours apart. So when you call, we can get there at most two hours after. This allows our drivers to have an allowance for traffic delays, larger than expected jobs, etc. our crew will call you 15 to 30mins before your time slot you booked to confirm arrival time to your place.
We require our customers to be on site when we take out the junk. We will call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival, if you are not there, we can re-schedule the job.
Only Credit Card payments given to our customer representatives over the phone is accepted.
We have different sizes of trucks, the one we will be bringing to your place would be the most appropriate size depending on the volume of junk to be removed.
